The University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna (BOKU) is a partner in the EUROLEGUME project. BOKU contributes to the project being involved in work packages 2 and 5, focusing on shoot and root phenotyping, plant development under abiotic stress, and influence of rhizobia and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi on root architecture and plant development ex situ. Dr. Boris Rewald of the Department of Forest and Soil Sciences and Dr. Gernot Bodner of the Division of Agronomy will set-up and supervise the operation of newly established phenotyping facility at BOKU, located behind the Department of Agrobiotechnology (IFA), Tulln, Austria.
