Legumes from field to fork – a Nordic-Baltic perspective on production, development and marketing of legumes" conference successfully held

EUROLEGUME successfully organised last 28-30 November the conference on "Legumes from field to fork – a Nordic-Baltic perspective on production, development and marketing of legumes". The conference was held in Tartu, Estonia.

The conference gathered experts in the multidisciplinary field of legume research from the Nordic-Baltic region and focused on discussing various topics, such as legume production, new food and feed based on legumes, environmental impact of legumes in agriculture and food production and marketing of legumes.

These topics were addressed during many interesting presentations as well as keynote speeches from international experts.
