Participate in the Conference “Legumes from field to fork – a Nordic-Baltic perspective on production, development and marketing of legumes”

The Nordic Association of Cultural Scientists is organising the NJF conference “Legumes from field to fork – a Nordic-Baltic perspective on production, development and marketing of legumes”. The conference will take place from the 28-30 November, 2017 in Tartu, Estonia.

The Conference, organised as part of the EUROLEGUME project, aims gather experts in the multidisciplinary field of legume research in the Nordic-Baltic region, and will be an opportunity for discussion on the following topics:

• Legume production
• New food and feed based on legumes
• Environmental impact of legumes in agriculture and food production
• Marketing of legumes

With a focus on these themes, participants are invited to present their work and research (through posters or communications) and to learn from internationally recognised scientists who will present key-notes.
